In celebration of World Meditation Day this month, iRetreat is hosting a specially curated event on 22 May 2022. iRetreat Family Day aims to help parents and children reconnect, and bond on a deeper level through meditation. For a few hours, unplug from technology, enjoy healthy activities, work on relationship skills, and achieve inner peace and happiness through meditation.
Luang Pi John, an experienced mediation coach, will lead the gathering through the intuitive “iLego of Life” programme, a building block approach to learning to share, give, and understand the importance of being mindful in our lives.
