In this role, you are a key ambassador for the iRETREAT brand and will work to create powerful first impressions for our guests worldwide. You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a genuine interest in meeting and taking care of people. The suitable candidate must be adept at multi-tasking and responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and employee accountability. In addition, you will be an essential iRETREAT representative and an information provider to our guests about the facilities available.

Additionally, you will monitor guest arrivals and ensure that requests are carried out and expectations are met. The Guest Service Manager must be at all times have a friendly but professional approach, and have a listen-first talk-after approach to guest complaints. You will manage all lobby activities and see the functionality of residential resort amenities, such as the pool, spa, housekeeping, and food & beverage.

Seeking an experienced and versatile Business & Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a boutique resort. You will be responsible for maximising the potential of a residential resort by developing retreat programmes and cultivating partners to increase occupancy and maximise profits. At iRETREAT, marketing and business development are about understanding people and building our brand awareness. You must be able to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Plus, gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

We are seeking a qualified sales manager to drive sales for iRETREAT. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The role demands a leader with a rich network of contacts in the hotel and wellness industries. In addition, you must be able to develop and implement sales strategies in Thailand and Asian and European markets. Plus, achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified chef de cuisine to lead and inspire our kitchen staff to create culinary masterpieces. The chef will be responsible for designing the menu, hiring and training kitchen staff, and must be knowledgeable about Thai and western cuisine, both traditional and modern. Responsibilities include creating daily healthy meals and designing customised menus for the retreat programmes, stock-taking ingredients and equipment, and enforcing best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen. The ideal candidate must have qualifications from a culinary school with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a resort. Must have the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.  

Job Overview

The F&B Supervisor must have a hands-on attitude with strong leadership skills. You should be a problem-solver, a multi-tasker and a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personnel. In addition, you should beself-motivated with the ability to work in teams and create and design food and drink menus with the chef. You should also be able to oversee food preparation, buffet displays and maintain food & beverage inventory. As well as ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines. 

Job Overview

Seekinga fit and energetic individual with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with a sports club, managing events and activities. Able to create and plan activities, outings and events in various settings. Should be able to collaborate with the wellness and meditation teams to schedule retreat and community programmes. The ideal candidate should be able to strategise and coordinate activities and encourage guests to participate in them. You must be an excellent swimmer and experienced in water sports.
