iRETREAT PaPae

Day-Trip Meditation Package

Itinerary:

11:00 AM – Arrive at iRetreat PaPae and participate in offering lunch to the monks.

12:00 PM – Lunch.

1:00 PM – Participate in a meditation session followed by a Monk Chat.

3:30 PM – Conclude the program and depart.

Activities Included:

One meal (lunch)

One meditation session

Monk Chat experience

Exclusions:

Transportation to and from iRetreat PaPae is not included.

Price:

1,500 Baht per person (net)

Dress Code:

Polite and modest attire, comfortable for relaxed sitting postures.

Experience a serene day of mindfulness and cultural immersion at iRetreat PaPae. Participate in traditional offerings, deepen your meditation practice, and gain insights from Buddhist monks in a peaceful environment.

Note: Please arrange your own transportation to the retreat location.

Standard Daily Activity Schedule

• 07:00 AM – 08:00 AM: Breakfast
• 09:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Meditation Class (Morning Session)
• 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM: Lunch
• 01:00 PM – 05:30 PM: Free Time (Relaxation or Personal Practice)
• 05:30 PM – 06:30 PM: Dinner
• 07:30 PM – 08:30 PM: Meditation Class (Evening Session)

Note: For stays longer than 1 night, lunch is provided from 11:30 – 12:30
